Baked with love.
What does it mean?
xoxoxoxo
Baked with love.
In this case, it is far more than a mere cliché. When you bite into a chewy, wholesome, and nourishing slice of sourdough, in your minds-eye picture the baker, elbow-deep in wholemeal flour and delightfully sticky dough kneaded entirely by hand. Then imagine each loaf, carefully shaped and put to rest in willow baskets, slowly fermenting and becoming ever-increasingly saturated with beneficial bacteria that will then pass to your body when you eat it.
It is what I love so much about baking bread; the inexplicable transfer of the energy and intent of a person, into what is arguably the most basic and down-to-earth form there is; a loaf of bread.
Contained in this is the magical knowledge that your bread was baked with love.
Life is too short to live without good bread.
Life is too short to live without good bread. And the best bread requires the best ingredients - that’s why I only use organic flours, sea salt, water and wild yeast for my bread creations.

HOW IT WORKS
“‘A loaf of bread,’ the Walrus said, ‘is what we chiefly need: Pepper and vinegar besides are very good indeed.’”
—Lewis Carroll (The Walrus and the Carpenter)
